Global Capacity Unprofessional and No Reguard for Customer's Time - Internet service provider


I have contacted Global Capacity 5 times to get my account set and straight. I have wasted many hours waiting for them to resolve my problem. I keep getting transferred to an untold number of employees. Three times I was told they would call me back in a few minutes so I waited and nothing.
I cancelled my service and have nothing good to say about this company and encourage any and everyone to avoid them.

They do not care about customers and have proved this with the 5 times have called them.
